A complete operational diagnosis usually takes 60 days. The pace adjusts to the size, availability and complexity of the company, with working sessions, analysis and support so decisions turn into visible changes.
Do you work in person or online?
We work in person, online or in a hybrid format. We define the setup based on the goal, the team’s location and the type of conversation each stage requires.
What happens after the 60 days?
We close with clear deliverables, owners, metrics and a roadmap. If the team needs support, we can continue with implementation or follow-up.
Do I need my numbers in order before starting?
Having your numbers in order speeds up the process. Once delivered, we can decide to work with what’s there first, or take more time to organize and rebuild them.
Will AI replace my team?
