TACTICS ALIGNED TO VISION AND STRATEGY
Doing Minds: acting in alignment with purpose.
Doing Minds is a boutique firm created in mid-2024 with the purpose of helping companies and organizations operate strategically: that is, aligning vision, strategy and operations.
Daniela Malqui, its founder, has worked in strategic operations since 2011, at advanced-technology companies since 2019. She has lived and worked in 5 countries, and has managed projects of more than USD $15M and international teams.
Daniela is a firm believer in education as the first step, because you can't aim for what you don't know. She is driven by educating and passing on knowledge like conscious leadership and AI adoption, which has the potential to break cycles and change lives.
Doing Minds was born with the purpose of helping companies, startups and organizations align people, processes and technology to reach their greatest potential.
THE FRAMEWORK
Automation, augmentation and agency
At a structural level, our AI solutions and training services take Anthropic's work on automation, augmentation and agentic systems as a reference: the three ways artificial intelligence shapes how we work.
AUTOMATION
The machine takes the repetitive work and your people get their capacity back.
AUGMENTATION
People are empowered: more time to create value that moves the needle for the business and their own motivation.
AGENCY
The ability to act. AI agents that run on their own, and teams that take responsibility.
THE PHILOSOPHY
With this framework in mind, and understanding that every organization is born with a purpose, we offer services that follow a clear philosophy, summed up in two concepts: congruence and kavanah, which in Hebrew means intention. Only when we manage to be aligned in thinking, feeling and operating, moving in the same direction, is potential achieved.

THE TEAM
An interdisciplinary team for complex problems.
Doing Minds combines strategy, operations, education and technology. Depending on the challenge, Daniela works with specialists who bring the judgment needed to turn a shared vision into decisions and results.
